Flow
Charts:
By
Lindsay
Bransford,
(TNU
2008)
Flow
charts
help
create
systematic
processes.
They
also
help
others
understand
how to
do
something.
In my
opinion,
the most
useful
purpose
of the
flow
charts
is to
streamline
processes.
Although
three
people
work for
the same
company
they may
not be
producing
the same
results
because
their
processes
are
different.
The flow
chart is
useful
because
it takes
all of
the
processes
that are
happening
to
create
this
chart,
and
through
this
creation,
one is
able to
see
where an
improvement
can be
made.
An
example
given on
the pod
cast is
being
able to
problem
solve
between
two
different
departments.
Because
each
department
has
different
priorities
and
require
different
information,
then the
flow
chart
can help
the
departments
understand
why this
information
may be
vital to
someone
else.
