Todd Fuller has trained over 1000 PMPs and has a first time pass rate
of 95%. And a 99% rate for those who passed the PMP the second time. It
just doesn't get any better than this.
Todd Fuller has over 18 years of experience leading
large, complex projects across multiple industries including manufacturing,
distribution and information technology. As an instructor, consultant,
operations manager and entrepreneur, he has delivered successful projects to
clients, trained large numbers of employees, and developed comprehensive
corporate project methodologies.
Most recently, Todd has conducted over 85 training courses and prepared over
1,000 students to pass the Project Management Professional certification.
As a Client Partner and Project Manager with Cambridge Technology Partners, Todd
successfully delivered large projects for numerous global organizations
including the creation of one of the most utilized websites in the world - UPS
Internet Shipping. As a consultant for Kurt Salmon Associates, Todd led projects
at companies including Tiffany & Co., Lillian Vernon, and Nike/Cole-Haan.
With a deep background in quality and statistical controls, Todd has led the
global implementation and training of advanced quality control methods. For a
leading packaging manufacturer, Todd trained over 1,500 employees in the use of
statistical methods like SPC on the factory floor.
He also served on the steering committee and led company-wide training and
projects to re-engineer facilities and implement just-in-time manufacturing at
multiple facilities.
Todd brings a depth of industry knowledge to Constrada, along with a strong
focus on process improvement and instructional delivery.
He holds a Bachelors of Industrial Engineering from Auburn University and
Masters of Manufacturing and Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of
Technology. He lives in Alpharetta, Georgia with his wife and 3 daughters.
